Set on a premier hillside lot overlooking the rolling fairways of Castle Pines, this contemporary outdoor environment was designed to match the home’s clean architectural language and expansive connection to the landscape.

Our goal was to create a modern terrace that lives as naturally as the interior—anchored by large-format stone paving, crisp sightlines, and an understated pool that reflects Colorado’s shifting sky. Covered outdoor living and open-air gathering zones extend the home outward, offering space for quiet mornings, effortless entertaining, and long evenings framed by the Front Range horizon.

The surrounding landscape was intentionally restrained: subtle plantings, precise edges, and calm transitions that allow the architecture and setting to remain the focal point. The result is a refined outdoor composition—modern, elevated, and deeply rooted in its Castle Pines backdrop.
